Customers Bank v. Boxer — 2/24/2014

The defendant . . . appeals from the trial court’s judgment of immediate possession in favor of the plaintiff . . . . On appeal, the defendant claims that the court erred in finding that he was not a bona fide tenant as defined by Title VII of the Helping Families Save Their Homes Act of 2009, known as the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act of 2009, Pub. L. No. 111-22, §§ 701–704, 123 Stat. 1660 (PTFA). We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
