Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. v. McKeith — 3/9/2015
The defendant Melissa J. McKeith, also known as Melissa J. Hopkins, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing her motion to open a judgment of strict foreclosure. She claims that the court improperly concluded that it lacked jurisdiction to open that judgment. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
